About The ReAlignment Agency
A justice-focused workforce and reintegration initiative helping justice-impacted individuals move from instability to structure, from barriers to opportunity, and from survival to sustainable reintegration.
Our Mission
Restoring Hope.
Rebuilding Stability.
The ReAlignment Agency exists to help justice-impacted individuals and their families move from instability to opportunity through structured reentry support, workforce readiness, and long-term reintegration.
Our mission is to provide a practical, compassionate, and measurable pathway for individuals with a criminal background — whether recently released from incarceration or facing barriers related to prior justice involvement — to rebuild their lives with dignity, accountability, and purpose.
Our Vision
Why We Exist
Too many justice-impacted individuals are expected to rebuild their lives without the systems, support, and coordinated pathways required to do so successfully. People are released into communities with expectations, but without access to:
- Meaningful employment pathways
- Coordinated support systems
- Transportation solutions
- Documentation support
- Stable transition planning
- Long-term accountability & retention support
Our model aligns reentry preparation, workforce readiness, employer access, barrier reduction, and long-term retention into one coordinated approach.
Restoration without structure is often just another form of frustration.
Meet the Founder
Dr. Greg McQueen
Dr. Greg McQueen (affectionately known as “Doc G”) founded The ReAlignment Agency with one clear belief: a setback should not define a person’s future.
The ReAlignment Agency was born from both lived perspective and leadership conviction: REAL BARRIERS REQUIER REAL SOLUTIONS. Even with a PhD, an MBA, and a PMP certification, Dr. McQueen has experienced the sting of closed doors and the frustration of knowing that qualifications alone do not always translate into opportunity. That personal reality helped shape a deeper understanding: if access can still be difficult for someone with credentials, experience, and discipline, how much greater are the barriers for individuals carrying the weight of justice involvement, instability, or stigma?
Created to serve justice-impacted individuals and others facing barriers to employment, The ReAlignment Agency exists to help people rebuild with dignity, direction, and real opportunity. Through workforce readiness, mentoring, life skills development, and employer connection, the organization is designed to do more than offer hope; it creates a pathway forward. Dr. McQueen’s leadership is rooted in service, faith, and a deep understanding that real transformation takes more than motivation alone. It takes structure. It takes support. It takes access. And it takes someone willing to believe that people can rise again.
Too many people returning home are ready to work, ready to change, and ready to move forward, but they’re met with stigma, instability, and systems that were never designed to help them win. The ReAlignment Agency was built to help change that story. For Dr. McQueen, The ReAlignment Agency is more than an initiative; it’s a mission to restore dignity, rebuild lives, and help people realign with purpose, stability, and a future worth fighting for.
