Meet the Founder

Dr. Greg McQueen

Dr. Greg McQueen (affectionately known as “Doc G”) founded The ReAlignment Agency with one clear belief: a setback should not define a person’s future.

The ReAlignment Agency was born from both lived perspective and leadership conviction: REAL BARRIERS REQUIER REAL SOLUTIONS. Even with a PhD, an MBA, and a PMP certification, Dr. McQueen has experienced the sting of closed doors and the frustration of knowing that qualifications alone do not always translate into opportunity. That personal reality helped shape a deeper understanding: if access can still be difficult for someone with credentials, experience, and discipline, how much greater are the barriers for individuals carrying the weight of justice involvement, instability, or stigma?

The Opportunity Is Transformational

Bell County Is the Starting Point.
The Impact Is Regional.

The ReAlignment Agency is not simply proposing a program. We are building a disciplined, measurable, and scalable model that can help Central Texas strengthen public safety, workforce participation, family stability, and long-term community outcomes.
